How to Create an App on the Platform
- App Setup:
– In the Dashboard, click New App.
– Enter your app’s name.
– Input the domain name (without any extra path details).
- Configuring Feedback Rate Settings:
– Adjust the frequency at which review pop-ups appear in the Feedback Rate Settings.
– Default values are provided, but you can modify them as needed.
- Setting Up Email Notifications:
– Enter the email addresses of recipients who should receive notifications when someone rates your app.
– Separate multiple addresses with commas.
– If left blank, PulseHero will not send any notifications.
– Choose between two notification options:
– Instant notifications for real-time updates.
– Daily summary for a report of the day’s activity.
- Configuring Popup Settings:
– Use the Popup Settings to control the behavior of the review pop-up.
– Force Review: Check this box if you want to require users to provide a rating before closing the pop-up.
– External Review: Select this option to redirect users to an external review website.
- Customizing Review Prompts:
– Customize the text for positive and negative ratings by updating the fields.
– The prompts adjust based on the user’s rating.
- Final Step:
– Finally, click Save Settings to apply these configurations to your PulseHero pop-up.
– Your configurations will apply automatically once the code is installed on your site.
